Olivia Rodrigo, one of the great winners

At just 18 years old, the artist Olivia Rodrigo, a star whose brilliance grows nonstop, triumphed on the big night of the Grammys. She took home three awards: Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Jon Batiste, another big winner

Jon Batiste was the winner with the highest number of awards: five. He won Best Album, American Roots Performance, American Roots Song, Soundtrack for Visual Media and Best Music Video. Batiste is the creator of the song 'We Are' from the Pixar movie 'Soul.'

A suprising, much-discussed winner: Louis C.K.

The award that caused much backlash on social media was Best Comedy Album for Louis C.K.'s recorded show. It contains routines in which the disgraced comedian addressed the revelations about his sexual misconduct. According to NPR, commentators "pointed out the irony that C.K.'s winning album made light of the very misconduct that derailed his career years ago."

Lady Gaga and Tony Bennet: a winning combination

A highly applauded Grammy: Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for 'Love for Sale' by Lady Gaga and Tony Bennet.

Tony Bennett, retired

The legendary singer has retired due to Alzheimer's, an illness that has made him forget almost everything but has not taken away his ability to sing.

Zelenskiy also had his prize (symbolic)

The leader of the Ukraine that has remarkably resisted the Russian invasion broke into the 2022 Grammy gala. Through a video message he asked the artists that they "tell the truth."

Doja Cat and SZA got a great prize

Their song 'Kiss Me More' won the award for 'Best Pop Duo or Group Performance'.
