The ice bath trend, a frosty ritual of immersing oneself in ice-cold water, is becoming a hot topic among celebrities worldwide and making waves for its purported skin and health benefits.

Could you last three minutes?

The ritual is straightforward but might make you shiver. It involves immersing yourself in a tub of water and ice at a brisk 3°C (37.4°F) for three minutes.

Don't forget to chill your mind

So popular has this technique become that there's now an 'Ice Club,' a community dedicated to healing through ice, founded in Mexico by Begona García after she discovered the Wim Hof method. Created by its Dutch namesake, this method encourages you to immerse yourself in freezing water, breathe, and meditate.
