Why Women Kill S2 (HBO) - June 4

From creator Marc Cherry ('Desperate Housewives'), the second season of this series presents a new cast and stories. With different actresses (so no more Lucy Liu, Ginnifer Goodwin and Kirby Howell-Baptiste), the series continues to explore what it means to be beautiful, to have an awful truth hidden behind the façade, to be ignored and overlooked by men and society, and, finally, how far a woman will go to feel vindicated.

Loki (Disney Plus) - June 9

Tom Hiddleston gets back into the skin of his favourite antihero and does so with his own series. The story begins right after the ending of 'Avengers: Endgame.' Disney Plus releases one episode every week.

Luca (Disney Plus) - June 18

The latest Pixar film on Disney Plus describes passage from childhood to adolescence together with its two protagonists: Luca and Alberto. They are both sea creatures living in a world that is just below the surface of the water.

Dave S2 (HBO) - June 17

The most-watched comedy in the history of FXX comes to HBO. The series follows the life of comedian and rapper Dave Burd, a neurotic thirty-something who is sure to become the best rapper in history, something that his closest environment does not exactly agree upon.

Lupin S2 (Netflix) - June 11

I'll Be Gone in the Dark (HBO)

In the summer of 2020, former police officer Joseph James DeAngelo, also known as the Golden State Killer, was sentenced to life in prison for the 50 assaults, burglaries and 13 murders he committed during his decades-long reign of terror. Many of the survivors and relatives of the victims reunited for an emotional public hearing in August 2020, when the sentence was announced.

If you liked seeing Lisa Kudrow again at the 'Friends' reunion, this might be a show to consider for the weekend. Can a person addicted to love drop that addiction and change it for real love?
