The charges were presented at a press conference

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón presented the charges, which included murder and armed robbery, to Barceleau and Estrada at a press conference, as Variety tells us.

Charges that could lead to life imprisonment

The District Attorney's office states that Barceleau faces a potential sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, due to charges of one count of murder with special circumstances of murder during an attempted robbery and personal use of a firearm; one count of attempted robbery with personal use of a firearm; and one count of grand theft with an allegation of principal armed with a firearm.

Two more youths also face charges

Two other suspects, Leonel Gutierrez, 18, and Frank Olano, 22, were also arrested and face lesser charges. Gutierrez was charged with one count of attempted robbery with an allegation of principal armed with a firearm; and one count of grand theft with an allegation of principal armed with a firearm.
