Leslie Jordan's cause of death: Why did the 'Will & Grace' actor crash his car?

A few months after his sad departure, the cause of death of comedian Leslie Jordan has been revealed. The actor mysteriously drove his car into a building, leading to speculation about the reason for his accident.

As People reports, after obtaining documents from the Medical Examiner's Office, Jordan died as a result of "sudden cardiac dysfunction." It caused him to lose control of his car and it was also the cause of his death.

The tragic event happened on October 24, 2022, and shook the film industry. The actor was just 67 years old when he died.

According to police sources consulted by TMZ, the actor probably suffered some severe health mishap while driving through the streets of Hollywood.

As was later confirmed by the coroner, the actor suddenly felt unwell and lost control of the wheel.

After Jordan's BMW crashed into a building and first responders arrived, he was declared dead immediately.

Based on the photos of the state of the car, TMZ immediately suggested that the actor was probably already dead when the crash happened.

When observing the damage to the car, reporters from TMZ claimed that the crash was probably not serious enough to kill the person driving it.

In fact, it was the passenger side that received the greatest impact of the crash against the building.

On Jordan's Instagram account, a farewell message read the following: "The love and light that Leslie shared will never go out and we invite you to share your memories and comfort each other during this time."

In addition, the account announced that "In the coming days we will be giving a glimpse of a project Leslie was really proud of and was looking forward to sharing with the world." A few weeks later, Jordan appeared in the reality show 'Celebrity IOU.' He also made a final, posthumous appearance in 'The Masked Singer.'

A classic comedy actor, Jordan had a remarkable career with more than 30 years in the industry. He appeared in series such as 'Will & Grace' (which earned him an Emmy for Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series in 2006), 'American Horror Story,' and 'Ugly Betty.'

At the time of his death, he was part of the cast of the Fox comedy 'Call Me Kat', where he played Phil. In the photo, he poses along with Cheyenne Jackson, Kyla Pratt, and Mayim Bialik.
