Revival without Luke Perry

In March 2019, actor Luke Perry, who played the rebellious Dylan McKay, died. Months later, 'BH 90210', a reboot of the legendary series, reunited the cast without him and paid homage to the eternal Dylan.

Dawson's Creek (1998-2003)

The series told the story of the maturation of a group of young people after their school days.

Friends (1994-2004)

The sitcom of sitcoms never goes out of fashion and even the current generation knows it. HBO Max released a special episode that brought together the protagonists in unforgettable settings.

A friendship that lasts

'Friends: The Reunion' was released on June 27, 2021. Actors, fans, and producers recalled moments from the series and revealed some behind-the-scenes secrets. Thankfully, Matthew Perry was still there.

Xena: Warrior Princess (1995-2001)

This series, set in Ancient Greece with a strong feminist message, triumphed in the nineties.

Reboot canceled

In 2015, a reboot of the series was announced but never produced. Jennifer Salke, president of NBC, said that they'd seen and analyzed a lot of material, but that little of it guaranteed a good reboot, despite the series being a fan favorite.

Saved by the Bell (1989-1993)

The series gained millions of fans around the world and some of its actors, such as Mario Lopez and Tiffani Thiessen, became international stars.

Revival

Hollywood Reporter published the news that a continuation of the series would be created, featuring actors from the original version, such as Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley.

Seinfeld (1989-1998)

"A series about nothing" was how its creator Larry David defined 'Seinfeld'. It became a classic that fans rewatch to this day.

Possible return

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Jerry Seinfeld gave fans hope by saying that a 'Seinfeld' revival was possible. The only way it materialized though, was in a season of the 'Larry David' sitcom on HBO.

Full House (1987-1995)

The series tells the story of Danny Tanner, a widowed father who takes care of his three daughters with the help of his friend Joey and his brother-in-law Jesse.

The reunion

In 2016, Netflix launched a reboot of the series that reunited the actors from the original version. The production was called 'Fuller House' and has continued for several seasons.

Blossom (1991-1995)

'Blossom' was a successful series featuring the young Mayim Bialik playing Blossom Russo, a teenager living with her father, her brothers, and a musician.

Two decades later

The cast of 'Blossom' reunited 22 years later. It wasn't a remake of the series, but actor Joey Lawrence gave the fans hope by saying that there had already been serious conversations about it.
