Following the disappearance and subsequent death of Dr. Mosley, the cause of death could not be determined. However, any criminal act in connection with it has been ruled out.

Found sitting

Dr. Mosley went for a walk in the mountains and did not return. His body was found sitting in a space with a temperature of around 40°C.

"First he sat down and then he died"

A police source told The Mirror: "The way the body was positioned suggests that first he sat down and then he died. There is no indication that he was hit by something in the head for example, or that he collapsed while walking."

According to his widow, Dr. Michael Mosley wanted to take a walk from the beach to the center of the Greek island of Symi, where he was on vacation, but he took the wrong route and collapsed somewhere on the way.

Dr. Mosley, 67, had left Agios Nikolaos beach on a day when temperatures reached 40º, BBC reported. In the early morning of Sunday, June 9, the lifeless body of the British star was found on a hill.

He got confused on the way

"He did an incredible climb, took the wrong route, and collapsed where he couldn't be easily seen by the extensive search team," Clare Bailey Mosley said in her statement.
