Isabella Cruise, the secretive daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise

This is Isabella Jane Cruise Kidman, or also simply: Bella Cruise. She's the little-known daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise. There's an air of mystery surrounding the young woman, and Instagram photos like this one contribute to her enigmatic image.

In her late 20s, Isabella Cruise can often be spotted in London and sometimes in Los Angeles. You may find her in the Scientology church, because she is a member there just like her father.

Isabella is discreet, reserved and reluctant to share her life with the media. Even though her parents are both Hollywood stars, she manages to go unnoticed by the crowd.

In a rare public moment, Isabella Cruise recently posted a selfie on social media. "Same face, new prints now available on the shop," she wrote next to it. The post, a rare one for Bella Cruise, shows her artistic side and her quirkiness.

In recent years, she made her debut in the fashion business. In 2019, she launched a line of T-shirts with her inverted initials as its name: BKC (Bella Kidman Cruise).

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise adopted Bella (1992), as she is known among friends, and her brother Connor (1995) while they were a booming Hollywood couple. Cruise and Kidman stayed together until 2001. Afterwards, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes had a daughter, Suri (2006), and Nicole Kidman would have two daughters with her second husband Keith Urban. Isabella therefore has four (half-)siblings.

Little or nothing is known about the daughter of Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise. In 2015, at only 22 years old, she secretly married consultant Max Parker. According to Women's Day magazine, the bride wore a white lace short suit that day.

The couple met in London, the city where Isabella, her brother Connor and their father Tom Cruise moved years ago. Isabella is a very creative person, just like her father and brother, and she studied Fine Arts. Her passion is hairstyling.

Those who know her say Isabella is shy and reserved. She's very different from her famous parents or her brother Connor who travels the world as a DJ. According to Hello! she "has the life of a normal Londoner." Isabella has chosen to go unnoticed and refuses to be pigeonholed as the 'daughter of.'

Unlike her brother Connor, Isabella Cruise does not display her personal life on social media. She has her Instagram settings on 'private' to avoid the press from echoing her posts. "There is nothing left on the social networks of her old profiles," Hello! lamented in 2014, "where the girl used to share her life story, her new looks and the many moments she had with her little brother."

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, a long-lasting Hollywood couple, separated in 2001. Isabella was only 9 years old. Just like their father Tom Cruise, Isabella and Connor have been members of the Church of Scientology. The religion was a major issue in the marriage of Cruise and Kidman.

Although the marriage between her adoptive parents ended, and they have different opinions about Scientology, Nicole Kidman told 'Who Australia' that she is tolerant of their lifestyle. "My role is to love them. I am an example of tolerance and this is what I believe in. Our responsibility as parents is to always offer unconditional love."

Nicole Kidman married again in 2006, this time to musician Keith Urban. Isabella, then 14 years old, attended the wedding together with Kidman's sister Antonia.

The actress lives in the Nashville, Tennessee with Keith Urban and her two little girls, Sunday and Faith. This is why she spends less time with her eldest daughter. But she says in several interviews that she is "very proud of her".

It seems that although they live in different countries, the mother-daughter relationship between Nicole Kidman and Isabella is good. Yet, it is rare to see Isabella Cruise in the company of her mother, or at a public event.

"Isabella and Connor have chosen creative and artistic fields and are doing magnificently well. I am very proud, above all, of the people they have become," Nicole Kidman told 'Australian Women's Weekly'.  "They are generous, kind and hard-working."

In 2001, there were rumors that the relationship between mother and daughter was not great. Isabella denied the gossip in 'New Idea' magazine: "I love my mother. She's my mom and she's great. Sometimes I see her and talk to her. We are a united family and I love that."

As for Isabella's relationship with her father, Tom Cruise, they are said to be very close. The same goes for her brother Connor and little sister Suri. "Despite the ups and downs of fate and the fact that he has been divorced three times," 'HELLO!' reports, "Tom Cruise has had three children with whom he shares more than just a surname. Isabella, Connor and Suri were even raised under the same roof and went to the same school in Los Angeles."

But that was a long time ago! Pictures of Tom Cruise and his three children are rare (at least in public). After the messy divorce of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, Suri moved to New York with her mom and did not see much of her half-siblings anymore.

Isabella used to be very close to her little sister Suri, as well as to her mother Katie Holmes, but now they are rarely seen together.

When Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise divorced in 2012, Isabella moved to London with her father. From that moment, the contact with her former stepmother Katie diminished.

They used to be a blended and very close family: Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, Connor and Isabella, and the youngest, Suri.

They would go to Isabella's football matches, for example. In addition, baseball was a favorite activity of the Holmes-Cruise family. This time of togetherness is now over.

After the news of Isabella's quiet wedding came out, People magazine claimed that Bella's relationship with her father was "very good." The actor did not attend the ceremony "because the couple wished to avoid the excessive public attention his presence would have caused." But he was definitely a bounteous father of the bride, for "it was Tom who would have paid for the wedding," People says.

Still, it is a very different situation from that of the past, when Isabella and Connor had a happy and stable home with their dad Tom Cruise and mom Nicole Kidman. Will we ever see the entire, extended family together again? It would be an amazing sight.
