Fast & Furious 9 - February 12 (HBO)

The franchise revs up its engines with an incredible all-star cast. It shows the true meaning of family when Dom is forced to confront a ghost from his past: his younger brother Jakob. The cast includes Vin Diesel, Charlize Theron, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Nathalie Emmanuel, John Cena and Sung Kang.

Raising Dion (S2) — February 1 (Netflix)

This story follows Nicole (Alisha Wainwright) and her son Dion (Ja'Siah Young) as the boy begins to manifest mysterious superhero abilities. Two years after defeating the Crooked Man (Jason Ritter), season 2 sees Dion continue to hone his powers with the support of his mother and Tevin (Rome Flynn), his trainer.

Dark Desire (T2) - February 2 (Netflix)

This Mexican thriller series was the sensation of 2020. If the first installment left us waiting for what could happen between Alma (Maite Perroni) and Darío (Alejandro Speitzer), the second will follow their impossible relationship, the constant memories of their encounters and the intensity of their passion.

The Tinder Swindler - February 2 (Netflix)

This documentary feature film tells the story of a man who posed as a billionaire and scammed the women he met through Tinder. The fairy tale of one of his victims, Cecilie, transforms into a story of horror before she decides to take revenge together with other victims.

Jack Reacher - February 4 (Amazon)

The first installment of 'Reacher' is based on the bestselling novel 'Danger Zone' by Lee Child. It tells the story of retired military police officer Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) who's arrested for a murder he didn't commit. He finds himself embroiled in a deadly conspiracy of corrupt cops, shady businessmen and scheming politicians. Using his wits alone, he must find out what is happening in Margrave, Georgia.

 

Phat Tuesdays: The Era of Hip Hop Comedy - February 4 (Amazon)

In three episodes, this documentary series tells the story of The Comedy Store comedy club, which launched many black Los Angeles comedians to fame. Its founder, and the presenter, Guy Torry, produces this docuseries together with Reginald Hudlin, also a director.

Through My Window - February 4 (Netflix)

This movie is about Raquel (Clara Galle) who is madly in love with Ares (Julio Peña), her attractive and mysterious neighbor. She has watched him from afar but they have never exchanged a word. The girl sets out to make Ares fall in love with her, but she is not the innocent girl that she appears to be.

I Want You Back - February 11 (Amazon)

This film, from the writers of 'Love, Victor' and 'This is Us,' portrays the recently dumped 30-somethings Peter (Charlie Day) and Emma (Jenny Slate). They team up to sabotage their exes' new relationships in an attempt to get them back, but things turn out differently.

Tall Girl 2 - February 11 (Netflix)

Toy Boy (S2) - February 11 (Netflix)

Inventing Anna - February 11 (Netflix)

This mini-series follows a journalist who goes through a job crisis and investigates the case of Anna Delvey (Julia Garner), an Instagram personality who poses as a rich German heiress. She steals the hearths of New York high society and then their money. After the scam is revealed and Delvey awaits trial, the journalist forms a strange love-hate bond with the defendant. The series is based on the New York Magazine article 'How Anna Delvey Tricked New York's Party People,' by Jessica Pressler.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre- February 18 (Netflix)

After nearly 50 years in hiding, serial killer Leatherface returns to terrorize the remote town of Harlow, Texas. He interferes with the plans of Melody (Sarah Yarkin), her sister Lila (Elsie Fisher), and their friends Dante (Jacob Latimore) and Ruth (Nell Hudson) to start a new company there. Leatherface's bloody legacy continues to haunt the area's residents, including Sally Hardesty (Olwen Fouéré). She's the sole survivor of his infamous massacre in 1973 and hell-bent on revenge.

The Cuphead Show!- February 18 (Netflix)

Based on the award-winning video game with its wonderful retro animation aesthetic, 'The Cuphead Show!' is a comedy series about the loveable and impulsive Cuphead and his brother, the cautious Mugman. Their stories have a touch of nostalgia, lots of humor and a healthy dose of adrenaline, especially when our heroes' ridiculous nemesis appears on the scene: the Devil himself.

My Brilliant Friend (S3) - February 28 (HBO)

The new season of this brilliant Italian series follows Elena and Lila as they have become adult women in the 1970s. Lila has taken her young son and left her husband with their comfortable life to work in a factory under tough conditions. Elena has left the neighborhood to study in Pisa and is now the author of a successful novel.
