The tragic, mysterious death 26-year-old rap star Enchanting

The world of music, in general, and hip hop, in particular, is in mourning after the tragic death of rapper Channing Nicole Larry, known as Enchanting.

It was her friend, fellow rapper Lil CJ Kasino, who confirmed the death of the young artist, just 26 years old.

"They Pulled The Plug Bro. I knew you were going to get ahead but you left forever," the rapper confirms in an Instagram post.

"They don't know all hours you spent in the Kasino studio, sleeping there, making music putting this [expletive] together. Went way further than us I always told you how proud I was of you," he adds.

In the statement, Lil CJ Kasino has not specified the cause of death, something that, for the moment, has remained private to the family.

TMZ had reported that the rapper was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where she was disconnected from life support, after falling unconscious for unknown reasons the day before.

Despite her youth, the artist had become a reference in hip hop, being the first rapper on '1017 Records', Gucci Mane's record label.

In fact, the rapper also wanted to say goodbye to his partner and friend from Instagram. "So sad to have to say R.I.P to such a great young lady a true star we gone all miss you Chant."

Singles like 'Love S**t' or 'Keep It Playa' launched Enchanting to success, in addition to creating a fandom that has not stopped growing in recent years.

Established as an independent artist since the end of 2023, the rapper was considered First Lady of 1017 Records due to the influence she already had in the sector. Now, it will be her musical legacy that lasts for eternity.
