Early life

Blythe Belle, also known as Chung Yee, will be 20 years of age in 2024. She was born on August 4, 2004.

Famous father

Chung Yee is also the daughter of a famous parent, Hong Kong singer and actor Kenny Bee. Kenny Bee is considered one of Hong Kong’s most recongnisable stars, having sung in the 1970s pop band ‘The Wynners’ and for his work as a solo artist.

Often with father

Blythe is no stranger to the Chinese entertainment scene as 8world reports that Kenny Bee would often bring her along to his shows and performances and she was known as something of a mini-celebrity then.

Released music with father

Baidu too reports that Blythe had also released music with her father as a child in 2012. Blythe and Kenny Bee both sang on the song ‘Dad’s Words’, which is a rendition of the popular mandarin song ‘Mom’s Words’. The song is a touching ballad on a father’s love for his child.

Getting older

According to 8days, Blythe had also performed alongside her father when she was older, at seventeen, and sang next to him during a live concert, showcasing that she has not lost touch of the singing skills she inherited from her father.

Entering the industry herself

Fast forward to now, Blythe has entered the Chinese music industry herself in her own right as a singer! She debuted on the Tencent reality TV show ‘Run! Ten Thousand People Live’ in July, reports Douban.
