They are the closest thing to Robert Redford and Paul Newman of the 21st century—two heartthrobs bursting with talent, whose on-screen chemistry is overwhelming and who have been dominating Hollywood for over three decades.

Reunited... thanks to Jon Watts

Brad Pitt and George Clooney are back together. After 'Burn After Reading' (2008) and the 'Ocean's' series, these two pals reunite in 'Wolves,' directed by Jon Watts.

Dark comedy

Blending thriller elements with comedy tailored for these two actors, the movie teaser hints at a mix between 'Pulp Fiction' and 'The Hangover,' with a dash of 'Dude, Where's My Car?'

Buddy movie

And of course, with Brad Pitt and George Clooney in a project, you can guess that it's going to be a quintessential buddy movie.

Tribute to Mr. Wolf

The film features the protagonists, Nick and Jack, as problem solvers akin to Harvey Keitel's Mr. Wolf in 'Pulp Fiction,' from which the movie 'Wolves' gets its name.

Solving problems

At the same time, both are independent lone wolves, yet for some reason, they are sent to do the same job and are forced to work together—something they initially reject outright.

Amy Ryan is always a yes

And no, they’re not alone. Austin Abrahams looks set to have one of the standout scenes of the year, while Amy Ryan should be a must-hire for any movie that smells like comedy.

Still waiting for the release

Excited? Hold your horses! You will have to wait until September 20, after summer, to see how the Pitt/Clooney duo performs with both men in their 60s.

A sequel?

They seem confident that it will be great. Well, George Clooney himself even mentioned in 'Deadline' that they are already working on a sequel, showing their blind faith in the project.

Stars and producers

In fact, it’s in their best interest for it to succeed since both their production companies, Clooney’s Smokehouse Productions and Pitt’s Plan B, are involved in the film. Cha ching?
