Remarkably, Foxx made the revelation with a video recorded in the middle of the street. He's seen talking to (unknown) people and talking about a near-death experience. He claims he had to be "resurrected."

"I had a headache, asked my boy for an Advil," he says in the video, recounting the last he remembers from the fateful day. And then: "I was gone for 20 days. I don't remember anything."

Over time, it became known that the actor was in a center for rehabilitation and recovery from strokes and brain injuries.

Foxx says one of the doctors who treated him said that something was wrong with his brain. Although he acknowledged that the experience was "hellish" and that he never thought something like this could happen, he does not comment on the diagnosis.

Foxx also says in the video: "I didn't want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was gonna make it through." At the time of his absence, his daughter Corinne represented the actor.

Recently, People magazine reported that the actor "is super busy, happy and going strong". "He is gung ho work now, living clean and enjoying his good health," the report adds. Furthermore, Foxx says that "he is a bonafide entrepreneur with new projects bubbling all of the time".

'Back In Action' will be one of Netflix's highlights in 2024. It is set to debut in November of this year.
