Lindsay Lohan, from baby bliss to a $400K cryptocurrency charge
It is clear that permanent joy does not exist in Lindsay Lohan's house. Only days after announcing her pregnancy, it has come to light that she is one of the celebrities charged with illegally promoting cryptocurrencies.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. market regulator, made a deal with Lindsay Lohan and others to pay a penalty of $400,000. That way, they would avoid greater punishment, Forbes reports.
The reason for the sanction is that she encouraged her followers to invest in cryptocurrencies (Tronix or BitTorrent) on her social media, without specifying that she was getting paid for it and that it was, in fact, advertising.
The other celebrities against whom the SEC has filed charges are Jake Paul, Akon, Kendra Lust, Lil Yachty, Ne-Yo, Soulja Boy, and Austin Mahone. All have reportedly paid the $400,000, except for the latter two.
Meanwhile, Justin Sun, owner of several cryptocurrency platforms, is accused of creating a scheme to conceal the fact these social media posts were sponsored. As such, he manipulated the market with million-dollar transactions that inflated the volume of business, Forbes explains.
Looking at her biography, the next film project to star Lindsay Lohan should be a biopic called 'The twists and turns of life.'
The change in the actress's life has been tremendous since she met her husband, Bader Shammas. In fact, she announced that she was pregnant in March 2023!
Lindsay Lohan used her Instagram account to announce the surprising news. She did it with the photo of a baby jumpsuit on which you can read 'Coming Soon'.

Who would have thought that in Dubai, Lindsay Lohan would find the tranquility, anonymity, and peace of mind to straighten out a life that, until then, had been dominated by partying and excesses?
LiLo has not only recovered physically and mentally but, little by little, she has resumed her career as an actress.

Netflix gave Lindsay Lohan a role in the series 'Sick Note' with Harry Potter star Rupert Grint, and in 2022, she was the protagonist of the holiday movie 'Falling for Christmas'.
The key element of her new life has been Bader Shammas. Little is known about the man who, apparently, provided LiLo with the balance she needed to settle down.
It all begins in November 2021 when the actress unexpectedly confirms on Instagram that she is in a relationship with Bader Shammas, deputy vice president of Credit Suisse.

Far from taking it easy, the couple gets married in secret in July 2022 and moves to Dubai. They have lived in that city to this day.

Since there are no two without three, after 2021 and 2022, the year 2023 brings another big surprise: Lindsay Lohan is pregnant.
For some time now, Lindsay Lohan has kept a low profile in the media. She seems to have tried to bury the memory of her partying past.
Her Instagram account is now one of a well-behaved influencer with more than 12 million followers.
It's been a long time since the actress shared any photo with a provocative or inelegant profile. They are now more carefully chosen and there are sponsors that abound.
The list of distinguished people who congratulated LiLo on the news on Instagram makes it clear that she is still a global star. Paris Hilton, Amanda Seyfried, Bella Thorne, Perez Hilton, Donatella Versace, and Ayesha Curry are just some of them.
