Her smile over the years has been making the whole of the UK and beyond fall in love! The second child and only daughter of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, Princess Charlotte is no ordinary child. At just eight years of age, the little girl has grown up under the flashes of photographers.

Since her birth, Princess Charlotte, like her two brothers, has been in the spotlight. At each and every one of her appearances, not only her looks, but also her attitudes, are closely scrutinized by the whole world. Let's take a look at the most adorable shots of King Charles III's granddaughter.

Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, known as Charlotte of Wales, was born on May 2, 2015 in London. She is third in line to the British throne, after her father, Prince William, and her older brother, Prince George.

The Princess of Wales Catherine Middleton and Prince William have always made a point of dressing their children with refinement and elegance. At every appearance, whether it's a public event or not, little Charlotte appears in the finest of outfits, from head to toe.

Princess Charlotte has been brought up in the purest values and traditions of British royalty. At the age of one and a half, she made her very first official trip to Canada, with her parents and older brother.

During this 2016 royal tour, the Prince and Princess of Wales (then known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge) took their toddlers to a party for children of military families at Governor's House in Victoria. As can be seen in this photo, little Charlotte was delighted to be able to play with the ball of fur lying next to her, a dog named Moose.

Since her earliest years, Princess Charlotte has captivated Britons with her lively, sparkling eyes. Her mischievous glint reflects the bold, mischievous personality she has developed over the years.

It's hard not to fall in love with this photo. At just two years old, the young princess attended the wedding of her aunt, Pippa Middleton and James Matthews. For the occasion, she wore a gorgeous little white dress, and a crown of flowers on her head.

The Princess of Wales loves matching her outfits to her daughter's. In June 2017, during the annual "Trooping the Colour" parade held in London, Princess Charlotte appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace in a floral, pink and white dress, in the arms of her mother, dressed all in pink.

Although still very young, Kate Middleton's daughter has often traveled. Here she is seen through the window of a plane in Berlin, during an official visit to Germany and Poland in July 2017.

In April 2018, Charlotte was delighted to learn of the birth of her little brother Louis. She can be seen in this photo with her older brother and father, arriving at Lindo Wing Maternity Hospital. Already accustomed to royal traditions at the age of three, the little girl didn't fail to greet the crowd!

Little Charlotte looked sweet and gorgeous at the wedding of Princess Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank at St George's Chapel in October 2018. She wore a white dress embellished with a colorful ribbon tied at the waist.

Have you noticed? The little girl has never been seen wearing anything but a dress, even when playing ball with her brother. In fact, there's nothing to prevent the princess from donning trousers. However, her family prefers to follow a very classic, traditional style, as children's stylist Rachel Riley explains to The Telegraph: "It has to be timeless, so you can't date a photo or put them in a certain era. I think they're looking for timeless classics rather than clothes that draw attention to themselves." Now that's clearer.

In September 2019, Charlotte started her first school year at Thomas's Battersea, along with her big brother George. She attended this London school for the first three years of her education.

Then, in September 2022, Princess Charlotte joined the private Lambrook School in Bracknell. She and her two brothers have attended the school since.

In June 2022, the UK celebrated the 70th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The late Queen's great-granddaughter was obviously present on the balcony of Buckingham Palace alongside her parents and brothers, to greet the crowd.

Like all little girls her age, Charlotte finds it hard to sit still for hours on end. Here she is on August 2, 2022, losing her patience a little, at the England-India women's field hockey match with her parents, during the Commonwealth Games 2022.

Catherine Middleton is well known for her impeccable fashion flair. An innate sense of refinement that she demonstrates when dressing her children. For Christmas 2022, the Princess of Wales matched the overcoats of her two youngest children. Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte wore the same double-breasted coat with velvet collars, navy blue for the young boy and garnet red for her eldest.

The little princess looked beautiful at her grandfather's coronation and especially at the concert at Windsor Castle in Windsor, on May 7, 2023. The spectacular live concert was seen in over 100 countries around the world.

Two days after the coronation of her grandfather, King Charles III, Princess Charlotte took part in Big Help Out, a day that forms part of the coronation celebrations and encourages people to volunteer in their communities. During the day, Kate and William's daughter tried her hand at archery.
