His fianceé, Paige Press, broke the difficult news of his sudden death through several Instagram Stories. She also made statements to Deadline and TMZ.

As reported by Deadline and TMZ, Alec Musser died at the age of 50 in his home in Del Mar (California) on January 12, 2024. The cause of his death was initially kept quiet, but now TMZ reports that the actor took his own life.
Despite the number of Instagram Stories Paige Press devoted to the shocking event, at no time did she mention the cause of the actor's. It must be devastating for her to deal with his dramatic end.

Thanks to his victory in the second edition of 'I Wanna Be a Soap Star,' Alec Musser became known to millions of people in 2005.
That first place in the talent show opened the doors of the series 'All My Children', where the actor participated in 43 episodes (2005-2007). His character was Del Henry.
Between his debut as an actor, in August 2005, to his farewell as an actor, in an episode of 'Desperate Housewives', six years passed. He filmed a total of six projects.
The most outstanding of all was his small role in 'Grown Ups'(2010) in which he coincided with Adam Sandler.

The famous comedian wanted to say goodbye to him with a sweet message on social media.
"I loved this guy. Cannot believe he is gone," Sandler posted on Instagram. "Such a wonderful, funny good man. Thinking of Alec Musser and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart of a person."
