Unrecognizable stars after cosmetic surgery
Cosmetic procedures don't always go well. This is the case for the following list of Hollywood celebrities. After some (perhaps too many) plastic surgeries, they have completely changed their face. Some of them have become barely recognizable.
Renée Zellweger conquered everyone in 2001 thanks to the sympathy of her character in 'Bridget Jones's Diary'. For reasons of the script, she had to gain a few kilos, but she lost those easily in the following years. However, it wouldn't be her only transformation.
In 2014, Renée Zellweger looked like this. She had a completely different face as a result of a number of aesthetic tweaks.
In this photo, you can see what the queen of pop music looked like in her early days in the 80s. In recent years, however, she may have gone a bit too far with the scalpel. Let's see how it turned out.

Singer of international fame and the wife of Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love looked like this in the 90s.

The famous actress, a two-time Oscar winner, has a somewhat transformed face nowadays. While it is marked by advancing age, it has also suffered from some retouching that didn't do it too many favors.
The Bogdanoff twins became very famous in France in the 1980s as popularizers of science. Grichka and Ivan Bogdanoff were often at the center of debates, for example when they underestimated Covid-19, the virus that would eventually kill both of them. But their looks were a cause for raised eyebrows as well...
The brothers died just five days apart from each other, on December 29, 2021, and on January 3, 2022. In their last years, the continuous changes in their faces puzzled the public, as they always denied having undergone surgery.
Another star with an unrecognizable face is Donatella Versace. Many may not even remember what the famous designer looked like before her operations. In this photo from 1991, she stands to the left of her brother Gianni Versace and Elizabeth Taylor.
Here, however, we can see the transformation of her face, following the many aesthetic adjustments she has undergone over time.
Jocelyn Wildenstein became famous for her obsession with plastic surgery.
The woman of Swiss origins is also known by the public as a 'cat-woman', because, apparently, the goal of her continuous plastic surgery operations was to make her look as much like the hypnotic feline as possible. Unfortunately, the result was not what she hoped for.
Being famous can cause a star to feel obligated to look younger than their age. Even actress Lara Flynn Boyle felt that way.
And here she is in 2017 at AMT's DREAM, impossible to recognize.
World famous for starring in 'King Kong' in 1976, Jessica Lange has been one of the most fascinating Hollywood actresses.

Mickey Rourke had considerable fame in the 80s as a fighter and actor. However, he doesn't seem to have had a good experience with cosmetic surgery.
In the 1990s, a series of cosmetic surgeries infamously and completely transformed his face, causing the actor problems at work and in his personal life. He would recall in the Mail Online: "Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together."
