Who were the VIP guests at Diddy's notorious Freak Off parties?
Following the scandal uncovered by Sean Combs' arrest for abuse and trafficking, social media have been filled with accounts of the rapper's wild parties and who attended them.
Combs was arrested in September on charges of racketeering and trafficking. Authorities have alleged that he hosted massive, racy parties called 'freak offs,' which he allegedly "organized, directed, m ast ur ba ted during, and often recorded electronically," according to Page Six.
According to the Daily Mail, the rapper used to host his iconic 'White Party' at his East Hampton home every year. It was attended by Hollywood stars, who now may regret having been photographed there.
In a resurfaced 'Vogue' video from 2018, the rapper is asked who his favorite holiday celebrity is. Combs replies that it's Leonardo DiCaprio.
Their friendship seemed to be confirmed, as DiCaprio appeared at Combs' 50th birthday party in 2019.
According to the Daily Mail, DiCaprio wasn't the only celebrity to show up at Diddy's parties. Photos of the likes of Paris Hilton, Mariah Carey, and the Kardashian sisters have surfaced in recent days.
According to eyewitnesses, some of these parties became racy and excessive. One drug dealer told the New York Post that he saw 'strange things' happening and shocking scenes that involved celebrities.
There were back rooms, he said, and it was like the inner sanctum. In those places, people got together that you wouldn't normally imagine together, including rappers, the eyewitness said. He claimed he was shocked by what he saw.
The dealer said that many of the high-status attendees, which also included a mix of female stars and even escorts, were high on ketamine and GHB, according to Page Six.
According to Page Six, Combs moved to Beverly Hills, continuing his tradition of hosting wild parties. Celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher and Russell Brand were spotted there.
Combs and Kutcher even hosted a party in 2009 to raise awareness for the Malaria No More campaign, although there is no indication that any illegal activity took place during that event.
Stories about inappropriate behavior with women had been surfacing for years - some even involving civil lawsuits - when federal agents decided to raid his homes and arrest him on charges of trafficking and racketeering in September 2024.
One of the most shocking stories of the recent past, supported by video material, was the allegation of his ex-girlfriend against Sean Combs that he had physically abused her.
According to the indictment cited by media like The Independent, the rapper "abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to satisfy his se**al desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct" for decades.
According to the indictment against Combs, his abuse "allegedly includes forcing victims into engaging in recorded se*ual activity which he referred to as 'Freak Outs'."
Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty, now faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and is being jailed without bail. Meanwhile, his lawyer states that the rapper is "an innocent man with nothing to hide."
