Now known for his dashing figure, T.O.P used to be overweight. Koreaboo reports that the rapper went on a red bean diet and ate a lot of the superfoods. Red bean is said to help curb the appetite and it is also a good source of calcium for the body.

According to Insider, the secret to Missy Elliott’s trim figure is cutting several foods from her diet. The iconic rapper explains that cutting out juice, soda and bread has helped immensely in her journey to be healthier. She credits her increased intake of water to improving her skin.

Zheng Ge Ping

So what if he's 56? Singaporean actor Zheng Ge Ping is a testament to how anyone can have the body of their dreams at any age - through consistent working out at the gym!
