A couple of photos published by the 'Daily Mail' have raised alarms: is Jennifer Lawrence pregnant? Is the Hollywood actress expecting her first child with her husband, the art gallery owner Cooke Maroney?

In the images of the 'Daily Mail,' the actress walks through the streets of New York with a colourfully printed outfit. The clothes reveal a silhouette that, according to many analysts, is that of a future mother.

The happy news has not been confirmed nor denied by the actress or anyone close to her. However, media worldwide are assuring their audiences that Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant.

The first baby of the couple would arrive four years after the wedding between the actress and the art gallery owner. Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney tied the knot in October 2019 in a secret wedding attended by only the closest friends and relatives.

Having been a couple since 2018, Lawrence and Maroney said "I do" in a ceremony at the Belcourt Mansion. The grand Rhode Island mansion is a place out of fairy tales, designed by architect Richard Morris Hunt.

The news of Jennifer Lawrence's possible pregnancy coincides with the worldwide launch of the trailer of her new movie, 'Don't Look Up', a comedy for Netflix that will be released on December 24.

The movie has a star-studded cast: Leonardo DiCaprio, Johan Hill, Meryl Streep, Chris Evans, Cate Blanchet and Timothée Chalamet are joining Jennifer Lawrence on the screen.

They are all protagonists of a story that tells how two astronomers (Lawrence and DiCaprio) begin a tour to warn the world of the imminent arrival of a meteorite.

In addition to this film, the actress has several film projects ahead of her, such as 'Red, White and Water', 'Mob Girl' and 'Bad Blood'.

If she's really pregnant, will Jennifer Lawrence be able to participate in all those projects? Either way, 2022 must be a big year for her.
