From their union, two daughters were born: Deva in 2004 and Léonie in 2010.

The first time mother and daughter posed together, Deva didn't even come into the world. Indeed, in 2004, Monica Bellucci appeared in the simplest outfit and seven months pregnant as she posed for the Italian Vanity Fair.

"I asked my daughter why she wanted this shoot together, and she gave me a wonderful answer: Because the last time they photographed us together, I was in your belly," Bellucci said.

In the same interview, Monica Bellucci said that "when she plays the fashion game, Deva has fun and a part of her expresses herself. The fact that she sets foot in the adult world, but that going to school brings her back to reality, gives her balance and security."
