Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Margot Robbie, and singer Natalie Imbruglia returned for the all-star finale, and the final episode did not disappoint. The houses on Ramsey Street were all up for sale, there was a wedding, the characters took a trip down memory lane and, with most stunning nostalgia, the series ended.

An explosion hit the area in 1993, destroying everything but the Waterhole pub - thank goodness! An arsonist set fire to two buildings in 2004, which devastated half the area and handily led to a revamp of the soap's sets. The culprit? None other than Paul Robinson.

In 2002, the character slipped on a bowl of cereal (yes really) and sustained a head injury, erasing 30 years of memories. Jackie Woodburne, who played Susan Kennedy, filmed more than 5,000 episodes of the show and was Neighbours' longest-serving actress.

A bizarre 'Neighbours' memory: when you look back, you'll remember that Lucy Robinson has been played by three different actresses - beginning with Kylie Flinker (1985-87), Sasha Close (1987-90), and then Melissa Bell.

Probably the second most memorable Ramsey Street wedding had to go to Toadie and Dee's special day in 2003. Shortly after being joined in matrimony, Toadie Rebecchi aka 'Toadfish' accidentally drove his car over a cliff whilst mid-kiss with his new bride Dee. Everybody thought she had died in the accident but, in true Neighbours style, she reappeared 15 years later.
