Catherine, Princess of Wales, serves up at Wimbledon

On Saturday 13 July, Kensington Palace confirmed that the Princess would be attending the men's final of the Wimbledon tennis tournament in London. The game would see Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Serbia's Novak Djokovic meet.

The Princess is always faithful in this event due to her position as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club (AELTC). On this occasion, and given her evident positive recovery, she did not want to miss it.

Kate Middleton attended without her husband, Prince William, as today's European Football Championship final between Spain and England was also taking place in Berlin.

Princess Catherine's daughter, Charlotte, went with her, always keeping a close eye on her mother, who, of course, was beaming and radiant - smiling from ear to ear.

Since her cancer diagnosis was announced in a statement last March, the first time we saw the princess was at the last Trooping The Colour, which took place on 15 June 2024.
