Pineapple textures

This recipe is a kind of mille-feuille that alternates natural pineapple with dried pineapple chips. The pineapple chips can be made in the microwave by placing small pineapple slices between two absorbent papers and then heating them over medium heat for 10 minutes. To complete the dessert, you can sprinkle a little grated coconut over it.

Lemon slush

This recipe can easily be made at home. Take some crushed ice, add some juice from a freshly squeezed lemon, then put its own peel into a glass and add some mint leaves.

Strawberry carpaccio with mint ice cream

Chop the strawberries into very thin slices and then divide them evenly over the plate. Poor a little orange juice over them and finish it with a scoop of (preferably homemade) mint ice cream. And, why not, a few edible leaves.

Frozen peaches

Peel the peaches and put them in the freezer for at least one and a half or two hours. This way you will have a delicious frozen peach dessert with a special and super refreshing touch.

Baked apples

Before putting the apples in the oven, remove the skin and put a little brown cane sugar on top of them. Bake them in the oven at 180 or 200 degrees for half an hour (no more) and serve them with a touch of blossom honey and cinnamon.

Fruit salad

Look for the seasonal fruits in your own region to save both money and the planet. Then cut them up and put them in individual bowls or glasses with some freshly squeezed orange juice. That way you'll have a quick, easy-to-prepare, vitamin-laden dessert - and no fat!

Fruit smoothies with soy milk

A nice smoothie is even better when it has few calories. The preparation is the same as a traditional milkshake but this time you use fresh fruit and soy milk. There's no need to add sugar, and they will become the perfect dessert for any menu.

Watermelon and fresh cheese

The combination we propose here may not be to everyone's liking, but why not give it a try? On the one hand, we have the watermelon which is almost all water and has many vitamins. On the other hand, there's fresh cheese - pure protein. Cut the two ingredients, mix them on a plate and, if you want, add a splash of olive oil and a handful of grapes. Delicious!

Melon sorbet

For this recipe you need some natural melon, some special glasses for ice cream or homemade sorbets and the patience to keep the melon a few hours in the freezer. That's all.

Raspberries with plain yoghurt

Put together a handful of raspberries with some natural yoghurt (better without sugar) and a touch of cinnamon. To decorate, you can use mint or mint leaves. Rich, easy and low in calories.
