High School Musical: The Musical: The Series (Season 4) - August 9 (Disney+)

Disney's original series, inspired by the 'High School Musical' film trilogy, premiered in 2019 and takes place at the fictional East High School, the same school as the original films. In the new season, which will feature original cast members (such as Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Bart Johnson, and Alyson Reed), the students of East High School discover that their school will be used as a set for the movie "High School Musical 4: The Reunion."

Marry My D e a d B o d y - August 10 (Netflix)

This streaming original is a Taiwanese supernatural comedy mystery film that tells the story of Agent Ming-han. His life takes an unexpected turn when, by chance, he finds himself married to a ghost husband and together they need to unravel a crime. Painkiller - August 10 (Netflix)

Original miniseries from streaming that has as its central theme the opioid epidemic in the United States. 'Painkiller' tells the story of Richard Sackler, a top executive in the pharmaceutical industry, who finds himself under investigation by a team led by Edie. He is suspected of being involved in the marketing of Oxycontin, an opioid that has analgesic properties comparable to those of morphine.

Cruel Summer (Season 2) - August 11 (Prime)

This hugely successful teen drama series will feature a completely different story and cast from the previous season. This time, it features Chiara Aurelia, Olivia Holt and Lexi Underwood as protagonists and a plot that revolves around the dramas of an intense friendship, set in three different timelines (between 1999 and 2000).
