Foods to avoid for your health, according to the WHO
We already know that we should increase our intake of fruits, vegetables and greens (preferably organic) as well as healthy proteins, but do you know which foods you should cut back on or even stop eating?
This list is corroborated by the WHO (World Health Organization) and/or the Harvard School of Public Health.

It doesn't have to be avoided altogether, but it should be limited. If you eat red meat daily, you can start by thinking about replacing this, having only vegetables and pulses, a couple of days a week and gradually increasing these alternatives into your diet.

This food group includes bacon, processed sausages and sausages in general. The WHO report puts these foods in the same category as alcohol or tobacco.

The dietician and nutritionist Julio Basulto clarified, "it is clear that an occasional consumption of bacon, ham, sausages or chorizo is not going to kill anyone, but these products should not be part of our habitual eating pattern".

Known to the general public as 'sodas' or 'soft drinks': cola, orange, lemon... or any other flavour. It is important to note that even juices, which are often advertised as healthy, often contain excessive sugar.
Avoid snacks such as crisps and the like, fried corn, or popcorn, especially if they are industrialised.

The bread you buy at the bakery should be theoretically fresher than all packaged breads and biscuits containing refined white flour, which are worse for your health.

Not only spirits, but also beer and wine. Together with processed meats and tobacco, the WHO includes them in group 1 of carcinogenic substances.

Ideally, as Harvard University experts advise, you should only consume one or two portions a day of dairy products, such as cheese or yoghurt. If they are fresh and not industrialised, all the better.

Basically, we know what is generally healthy and we should just use our common sense. Everything has a balance and we should stay away from processed, industrialised and toxic foods for a healthier body.
