She pledged to go make-up-free in an interview with Elle magazine in August 2023. It seems official - Pamela Anderson has shed the skin of the over-the-top image that gave her the fame she had.

Her latest appearance was at the Royal Albert Hall in London, where she attended the Fashion Awards 2023, looking natural, elegant and far from the image the world remembers her by.

Her completely white three-piece ensemble was natural but elegant. She wore it with a new found confidence and, as she acknowledged in the interview with Elle, it was 'liberating and fun, and also a bit rebellious'.

No more excess

The Canadian actress has long since buried the provocative and sensual version of herself - to embrace the naturalness of her washed face. The response to her decision has been almost unanimous: widespread applause.

"This is me," she commented on Instagram, in the first post shared without a single drop of make-up.

Once the queen of nineties excess, she now embraces the passing of the years, organic ageing and going against the tide, and 'do the opposite of what everyone else is doing'.

She continues to attract attention

Interestingly, she has gained almost as much attention from this choice, as she did when she played C.J. Parker in 'Baywatch': flashes, cameras, looks and comments. Almost all of them positive.

It is undeniable that Pamela Anderson still maintains that beauty that took her to the top. Saying on Instagram, "At a certain age we look younger and fresher without makeup," we couldn't help but agree.
