Shakira announces the first dates of her tour

Shakira is experiencing one of her career's high points as she announces the first leg of her upcoming world tour titled 'Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour,' which translates to the 'Women Don't Cry Anymore World Tour.' This initial leg consists of 14 dates, notably excluding Mexico and Colombia from the kickoff locations.

Six years since her last tour

The news has sparked great anticipation, given that the Colombian superstar has not embarked on a world tour since the 2018 El Dorado World Tour, which included 54 shows across Latin America, Asia, Europe, and North America.

Latin America 2025

As the artist emphasizes on her website, the first part of her tour will start in the United States, keeping her busy until the end of the year. Thus, Latin America will have to wait until the next year (2025), as the artist herself hinted at in Vogue Mexico.

"I'm very excited"

"There's a strong desire to go back on tour, the plan is to tour next year, in the summer. I think at some point next year I will be on tour again. I'm very excited about all of this. After enjoying some quiet time, the hustle starts again," Shakira said.

An album to heal

The new world tour revolves around Shakira's latest hits and the release of her new album, which have been marked by the breakup and separation from her ex-partner, Gerard Piqué.

Her faithful collaborator

Bizarrap is expected to be present at various concert dates, as he has been one of her most successful collaborations and with whom she has performed several times in recent months.

Coming soon...

For now, we must wait to see which other countries Shakira will visit on her tour and what the dates will be. What we do know is that Latin America, Europe, and possibly Asia will have to wait until 2025.
