Peter Glazebrook from Newark with his giant onion that weighed in at 8.150kg (18 lbs), nabbing him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. He also holds the world records for the longest beetroot and parsnip and the heaviest potato and cauliflower.
The largest teddy bear measures 19.41 m (63 ft 8 in) in length, and was constructed by Municipio de Xonacatlán, in an event to promote children's day in Mexico. It weighs around 4 tons and is made with the same materials as a normal stuffed animal. Even today, the giant teddy lies in the town of Xonacatlán, welcoming tourists from all around the world.

Canadian Sarwan Singh has just snagged the world record for the longest beard on a living male. It is a whopping 2.54 meters long (8 ft 3 inches), with one long strand always trailing behind him.

The Bailong sky ladder, with a vertical height difference of 335 meters (1,099 feet), is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "highest outdoor elevator." It’s located in Zhangjiajie in China’s Hunan Province. Would you ride it?
Here Brazil’s Elaine Davidson, the world’s most pierced woman (1,093 piercings), poses with the British man Stephen Taylor, who holds the record for the world’s longest human tongue. It comes in at 9.6cm (3.8 inches) from top lip to the point.

The German great-grandma Johanna Quaas broke this world record in 2012 when she was almost 87 years old. She’s now 97 and is still active despite a couple of unrelated injuries.
With 1,200 participants strapped to mattresses, Aaron’s Inc., a US appliance and electronics company, broke the world record for the largest human mattress dominoes in 2016 during their annual managers’ meeting. It took 13 minutes and 38 seconds for them all to fall down.
