Remember these notorious love disputes in showbiz?

Calvin Harris was very distressed after his breakup with Taylor Swift, and the fact that the singer soon published photos with her new love Tom Hiddleston only disturbed the DJ more. On social media, Taylor and Tom were referred to as #Hiddleswift.

While there hasn't been a real fight between Harris and Hiddleston, he did exchange some Twitter punches with Swift. Her team had suggested that Swift got little credit for writing the lyrics of one of Harris's songs. He then tweeted: "I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down."

The interesting word in that tweet is the "if." Calvin Harris implied that Taylor Swift might be less happy with her new relationship than she made it seem. Relatedly, his song 'Olé' is also said to be about Taylor Swift: "I see online that you've begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend. Being attentive, continue to pretend."

The origin of the brawl was unclear, but several media suggested that there was a woman involved. Some of them reported that Justin Bieber had said something nasty about Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom's ex. And that's not all: Kerr allegedly cheated on Bloom with Bieber while they were still married.

It's also possible that the confrontation between the singer and the actor had to do with the fact that Orlando Bloom had been seen with Selena Gomez, who at the time was Bieber's "on-and-off "girlfriend, TMZ reports.

Bieber had been together with Selena Gomez for a long time, so her date with Bloom (in Las Vegas, no less!) must have hurt him. Bieber's fight with Orlando Bloom may have been about Selena Gomez, about Miranda Kerr, or about both. Apart from him and Orlando, no one will probably ever know.

In 2010, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James's divorce was widely publicized. It was juicy gossip material because Jesse had cheated on Sandra with the sensual Mexican tattooist Kat Von D.

Media outlets like US Weekly reported that Sandra was very upset to learn that her ex-partner and the tattooist were planning to get married. It didn't materialize, however, and so ended the passionate dispute with three (famous) singles.

Singers Mashonda and Alicia Keys have a man in common: rapper Swizz Beatz. Mashonda and Swizz Beatz had been married for many years when the relationship between the rapper and Alicia Keys came to light.

Swizz Beatz claimed in the media that his marriage with Mashoda was over when he met Alicia Keys. But Mashonda replied that she didn't think so.

In the end, Mashonda lost. Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz got married in 2010 and now live happily together with their two children.

The rivalry between Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan began in the early 2000s as they were fighting for the title of the greatest teenage star. On top of that, they fell in love with the same boy: Aaron Carter. He's the late brother of  'Backstreet Boy' Nick Carter.

Hilary first had a relationship with Aaron for about a year and a half. Then he started dating Lindsay, and finally, he returned to Hilary. In the end, however, they split up because he had allegedly been cheating on her.

The infidelity allegation was not a big surprise, because, during the whole fight between Lohan and Duff, there were rumors that Carter was actually dating both of them at the same time.

Selena Gomez released the song 'Lose You to Love Me', which (according to many sources) is dedicated to Bieber after their breakup. The song recounts that she was with a man who promised her the world and ended up replacing her in two months with another woman.

After Selena released her song, Hailey made a post on Instagram in which she put the song 'I'll Kill You' by Summer Walker. Fans have argued that the song was aimed at Selena.

Even though Selena and Hailey have tried to be very diplomatic about it all, their fans have taken sides. Any potential dispute between Hailey, Justin and Selena appears to be fought especially by their respective fan bases.
