This is Heather Locklear's daughter, Ava Sambora

Ava Sambora is the daughter of Richie Sambora, guitarist for Bon Jovi, and actress Heather Locklear, who made her name as Amanda in 'Melrose Place'.

Ava Sambora has grown up and inherited the blue eyes and blonde hair of her famous mother, one of the most beautiful women of the late 20th century.

"I never cared about their fame," Ava Sambora told Wingman in 2019, speaking about growing up with two famous parents. "It was kind of surreal realizing that, because it's just mom and dad."

Ava might steal the limelight, however, as she is planning to enter the world of acting.

Ava Sambora wants to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who she considers to be her best friend. And because of her blonde, all-American look, some say she could be the next Miley Cyrus.

"I love Miley Cyrus," she told People in 2010. "I absolutely love everything about her and would love to be able to act with her one day. She's my role model, after my father."

She already has some experience. On the silver screen, she co-starred with Paul Rudd in 'This is 40' in 2012. On TV, a year later, she popped up in Disney's family comedy, 'Good Luck Charlie'.

She has also had roles in some little-known movies like 'A Dark Foe' (2020), 'Mommy Be Mine' (2018) and 'Room 13', which is yet to be released. However, her film career really stopped in 2020.

In addition to being an actress, Ava Sambora has also worked as a model. She finds inspiration in the daughters of other famous people, such as Hailey Baldwin, who have become successful models, and she wants to build a successful modelling career like them. For now, she has already taken her first steps for the swimwear brands 138 Water and Baes and Bikinis.

She made her debut as a model at the age of 13, when she worked with White Trash Beautiful, her father's company, in 2010. Her proud parents were there to support her as she walked the catwalk for the first time.

"My daughter is beautiful, very sociable, funny, elegant... I am more than proud of her," her father told People before seeing his daughter's modelling debut.

At 1.60 metres (5ft2) Ava is not as tall as a typical model. Then again, other women like Suki Waterhouse and Georgia May Jagger have shown that shorter models can be very successful on the runway.

Undeniably, the camera loves Ava Sambora and she exploits her photogenic looks through the images that she regularly posts on her Instagram account, where she allows herself to be seen in the private moments of her life.

An example? When she published photos next to her boyfriend, Tyler Farrar, in 2020. She looks completely smitten in such images, and she's not afraid to show it to the world. And it wasn't just for the camera - in Feb. 2024 she announced that they are getting married!

Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora married in 1994, welcoming their only child, Ava, on October 4, 1997.

The famous parents of Ava Sambora separated in 2006 when she was 8 years old. Rumors circulated that the divorce had been caused by Richie's infidelity. Some gossip columns reported that he cheated on Heather with her friend, Denise Richards. Despite the breakup, they have found a way to get along for the sake of their daughter.

She has always been very close to her parents, and she seems to have enjoyed a happy childhood.

Ava Sambora graduated from high school in 2015. While working on her acting and fashion career, she graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2020.
