Zucchini sticks with parmesan and spices

Here is a recipe that is both original and very simple to make. Cut courgettes into sticks, and bathe them in breadcrumbs, a mixture of spices (paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, pepper), and parmesan, then bake them for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Samosas

Take your guests on a journey to India by presenting them with a plate garnished with delicious samosas on the table. Inside your Brick sheets folded into small triangles, all flavors are allowed. Why not opt, for example, for a mixture of ground beef, onions, cayenne pepper, and curry?

Gougère with cheeses

Nothing is faster to make than cheese gougères! You will simply need eggs, flour, water, grated Comté, and butter, to form small balls of dough. Then bake them for 25 minutes at 200°C, and enjoy.

Burrata salad

A burrata salad is ideal to give a little freshness to your aperitif dinner. Accompany your burrata with a few tomatoes, arugula, olive oil and pieces of toasted bread, and you're done.

Mexican nachos

Don't serve simple tortilla chips to your guests: treat them to real Mexican-style nachos. Bake your nachos for five minutes, covering them with cheddar sauce, jalapeños, and red beans. Then, once out of the oven, place guacamole (homemade!), thin strips of red onions, a little coriander, diced tomatoes, and fresh cream on top.

Puff pastry with goat cheese and caramelized onions

A classic that generally appeals to a majority of guests. Cut your puff pastry into several squares. Then on each piece, place your caramelized onions beforehand (with sugar and white wine for example), and a slice of goat cheese. Fold over the edges of the puff pastry, then brush each piece with egg yolk, before putting them in the oven (180°C) for around 15 minutes.

Empanadas

Coming from South America, these little puff pastry turnovers are generally stuffed with chicken, beef, or even cheese. A safe bet for your aperitif dinner!

Cheddar and spinach muffins

How about serving your guests stuffed cheddar and spinach muffins? A blend that blends quite well in the mouth. To prepare them, you will need cooked and chopped spinach, grated cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder.

Verrines

Bruschetta
