It's hard to recognize him: Santa 'Clauszenegger'
The cinematic heroes of a generation are getting older, especially if that generation grew up in the 1970s and 1980s, like the one that saw the Hollywood boom of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The actor, at 77 years old, can boast of being in enviable shape and having maintained his muscular body for more than 60 years, but age obviously does not forgive.
That said, the former governor of California is not exactly his usual Christmas look, even though he is in his 80s.
This white mid-length hair, complemented by the bushy beard that the Austrian actor sports are a requirement of the script for his next film: 'The Man with the Big Bag'.
Despite being remembered for his roles in 'Conan' and 'Predator', to name just two, Arnold Schwarzenegger is more than used to family films. Among them, specifically, Christmas movies, and the clearest example is 'Jingle All The Way' (1996).
Thus, changing the sword or weapons for the red jacket and white beard is a leap that he has already taken on other occasions and with notable success.
The novelty of his participation in 'The Man with the Bag' is the fact that he will be working with someone bigger and stronger than him - something that has rarely happened.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's Christmas adventure partner in this project is Alan Ritchson, the hyper-muscular protagonist of 'Reacher' and one of the recognizable faces of Amazon MGM Studios.
In the plot of the film, someone steals Santa's magic bag. He turns to Vance, a retired thief, to help him get it back. The former is Schwarzenegger and Vance is played by Ritchson.
When the shoot of the movie is over, it seems logical that Schwarzenegger will return to his usual look. But we do like his Santa beard. So... who knows?
