These celebrities are over 100 years old

Betty White, the last of the 'Golden Girls,' was 17 days away from turning 100, but she will live forever. However, there have been a handful of stars who have reached the magical century.

An American actor and comedian (pictured right), he was a flight instructor in World War II and the Korean War. This was before beginning his career as a comedian, actor, and host of his own show 'The Woody Woodbury Show' between 1967 and 1968.

Musician, composer, actor and presenter, he even had his own television programme with the 'Ray Anthony Show' between 1956 and 1957. His career as an actor barely lasted from 1955 to 1961, but as a musician he make a mark, thanks to his skills with a trumpet. In the photo, with Mamie Van Doren.

Between 1948 and 1970, this French actress appeared in more than 40 films, although the best known of all is perhaps 'The Umbrellas of Cherbourg' (1964), starring Catherine Deneuve.

Vincent Ball made his film debut in 1949 in 'Warning to Wantons' and his last appearance was on television, in the series 'Home and Away', in 2015. In other words, 66 years of a career and a century of life.

Canadian from Russia (and recognized communist), the actress has done film, theatre, television, and radio since 1954 when she made her television debut in the series 'Fafouin', until 2015 when she shot the film 'L'Origine des espèces', under the orders of Dominic Goyer.

Her first film came in 1943, with 'Air Raid Wardens', alongside Laurel and Hardy, and her last was 'The Narrow Margin', in 1952. She retired that year after marrying Neal Bruce Anderson and going into the oil business.

One of the last survivors of Hollywood's Golden Age, she left Hollywood after a decade, starting in 1937 and leaving in 1948. She survived a plane crash in 1949 and had a prolific career as a dancer. Certainly, a life to celebrate.
