Jennifer Lopez appears to be looking for a new romance. One report suggests that Channing Tatum could be the one.

JLo finalized her divorce from Ben Affleck on January 6, 20 weeks after filing for divorce on August 20, the same day as their second anniversary, People reported.

Now, the actress is looking to find "Hollywood's most eligible bachelors," according to RadarOnline.com.

JLo's friends have reportedly suggested Tatum as an option. A source told RadarOnline.com that the actor is a strong contender.

The source explains that a relationship between the two actors seems natural to those who know them both.

"Not only would they look amazing together, but when you delve into their values, there's a genuine connection. Both are incredibly ambitious," she explained.

The source claims that Lopez has felt underappreciated within the industry, despite what she has accomplished throughout her career.

"Channing is very intelligent and creative but that's often overlooked. Jen understands what it feels like to be 'underestimated'", the source told RadarOnline.

The insider also added that Lopez and Tatum share a history of fighting for everything they have gotten.

"Jen naturally gravitates toward those who are self-made; it's a better match for her, and Channing is way out in front for Jen."

"She believes they could be soulmates as they have so much in common," they stated.

Channing Tatum grew up in Alabama where he worked as a roofer. He later opted to become an exotic dancer and later landed his first role as a dancer in Ricky Martin's music video, 'She Bangs'.

Lopez, for her part, is proudly from the Bronx, New York. She also began her career as a dancer. It was in 1997 that she landed the role that made her famous: Selena.

Despite what they have in common and what sources told the website, a person close to the singer has denied the hypothesis. "Absolutely false," they told Radar Online.

Despite her love problems, the actress has started 2025 in good shape professionally. She participated in 'Kiss of the Spider Woman', an adaptation of Bill Condon's Broadway musical which premiered in January 2025 at the Sundance Festival.
